The same thing happened in exactly the same month the year before. The radio had power to the system, but no sound. I took it back to the original dealership that had fixed it before. The mechanic tried to tell me that they had to replace the entire system and that it was going to cost me $500. I told him that I had the warranty on it, and he said "No, your warranty is expired". Unfortunately for him, I have an extended warranty on the car. When I told him this, his whole demeanor changed. He went back to the shop area for about 30 minutes and when he finally came back, he said that it was actually only going to cost me $50. I told him that I wanted to have a 2nd opinion on the matter. I took it to another dealership in town and they told me that it once again was a faulty connector and I'm lucky to not have trusted the other mechanic. Needless to say that I won't be back to that original dealership ever again!
