While driving there was a flat on the front right tire. While changing the tire noticed a side of the frame was cracked. Dealer was notified, and was unable to remedy problem under warranty.

We have been told by a number of repair shops that the frame is cracked and that the crack is the result of poor/defective workmanship by the manufacturer. The repairs have been estimated at or above $2500. Additionally, we have been told that we are lucky the crack in the frame was caught in the repair shop because the crack could have led to a serious accident.
