Clicking noise from under dash on passenger side...it sounds like stripped/broken teeth on plastic gears skipping. I haven't got around to fixing or inspecting the issue but the noise is behind the blower motor towards floor. There is a actuator there that apparently is making the noise and some people will cut the wires to it..to shut it up. It's really loud outside the vehicle below window on passenger side. I work in a shop and have seen this same issue with the Impalas and there is a recall on those.. must be some underpaid kid in another country making these parts!!
