2001 Chevy Cavalier. The CD player has a mind of it's own sometimes. The problem first occurred in 2002 when I bought the car (with 27K already on it) thankfully it was still under warranty when I had it fixed. It's the standard radio/cd system and it worked fine for the next few years but the last 4 years it's been having the same problems. It won't read CDs, even brand new ones (not burnt). It will say Err then spit it back out. If you're persistent and keeping hitting the "forward" button every few seconds it normally will work. At this point a new CD player is the only option.
