Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze. When applying the accelerator or brake pedals, there was not enough clearance between the two which caused the pedals to be depressed erroneously. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and stated that there was no safety concern and no solution pertaining to the failure. The contact was unable to determine a repair remedy to prevent the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 16,000.
