I share this hoping to find out what law firm is handling the class action lawsuit regarding this issue. When my car only had 41,000 miles on it, the transmission broke in the middle of me driving the car. The mechanic who fix my car told me there was a specific part that little literally exploded. He knows that there is a class action lawsuit against GM/Chevrolet’s Cruze but he cannot find the information. I have searched everywhere and cannot find it either.

Cruze LX 1.6L

  • Manual transmission
  • 15,500 miles

My Cruze gear completely fell out of its socket whilst driving it 2days after it was serviced. And on the day of the service I had to get the clutch renewed at my cast cause GM SA doesn't cover wear and tear on vehicles , even a new vehicle. I am driving the 2014 model cruze that had just reached its 1st service mileage of 15000 k's . I am being pushed from Pillar to post by GM. the consultants are not helpful.

What's the point of driving a new vehicle if you still have to worry about your safety and cost in your pocket. The surety given that your car is under warranty is crap. the care dealers are only in it for the money . they don't give a damn about their customers. The customer service at GMSA is pathetic. am totally frustrated.
