The Radio/MyLink touchscreen will not power up initially on turning on the SUV. The radio will come on blaring but none of the controls will affect it, either on the steering wheel or on the keypad console.
Sporadically and especially when it is cold out, the radio won't work when I turn the vehicle on. It only affects the AM/FM radio (the CD player still works) and generally only lasts through my first drive somewhere -- when I turn the car off and go back, it usually goes back on.
[I've brought this to the dealership and they say they can't find anything wrong with the radio. They want me to bring it back while the problem is actively happening. However, this isn't possible because I get up and earlier than they open. I'm very frustrated at their inability to find the problem or unwillingness to just replace the radio. I want this taken care of while the car is still under warranty but they act like if they can't observe the problem it must not exist.]
