In 2 different occasions while driving the vehicle it has shut off, all dash board light comes up, remote control won't work some times and Bluetooth will stop.

Equinox

I was driving my 2015 Chevy Equinox at approximately 6:00pm on a Friday evening July 3, 2015. I was taking my 2 year old grandson to the drug store. I pulled into the parking lot and lost power in my vehicle again. This was the second time.

Again if I had been on a main road I and my grandson would be dead. Scared me to death. The vehicle started right back up as before. The only difference from the first time there was a message on my hands free screen. "Caution check surrounding for safety"

I have made several calls to the dealership and advised them, I feel this vehicle is unsafe to drive. I have spoken to Neal, Michael and Scott who all agree this is dangerous and an unsafe vehicle.

July 10, 2015 Called and made a formal complaint with GM - Spoke to Margaret who advised Denise Donsella at Genthe will be my point contact person in the future.

7/16/2015 Called Genthe Denise Dronsella. Left her a message to call me. She never returned my calls (she was working per the operator)

07/202015 Called Dronsella again advised she is on vacation this week. Spoke to Scott in Service. Stated he will call be back - No return call!!!

07/22/2015 I called Scott again at Genthe. Very argumentative. His opinion was that I shouldn't be concerned about the problems with my car. Will look into it farther and call me back. I got a return call from Neal since Scott never bothered to call me back. Per Neal. He feels the vehicle issues make it a dangerous car to drive. He will continue to check into the problem

07/27/2015 09:30am Still no resolution. I called Margaret at GM. Advised I do not want this vehicle back but will gladly sign another lease for the same model but this particular vehicle is dangerous/unsafe.

At approximately noon today I received a call from Mike at Genthe. Per Scot there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. However, Mike agrees this is an unsafe car. Scott suggests I purchase my lease and quickly sell it to someone else. I refused to do that. Why would I put someone else or their child in danger.

I called GM again tonight and left a message for Margaret to call me tomorrow morning.
