Impala LS 3.8L V6

I BOUGHT THIS CAR USED FROM TOMS FINE CARS IN FAIRFIELD CALI AND I ONLY HAD THIS CAR FOR 3 MONTHS AND ALREADY GOT A DAMN TRANNY PROBLEM. I PAID THIS GUY 60 BUCKS TO DO A DIANOSTIC TEST AND IT SAYS I HAVE A SOLENOID PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM STARTED WHEN MY GIRLFRIEND DROVE IT AND SHE SAID IT WOULDNT PICK UP SPEED OR ACCELERATE PAST 10 MILES AN HR. ONE GUY FROM MY JOB TOLD ME THAT THE TRANNY COULD HAVE WENT INTO LIMP MODE AS TO WHERE I WOULD HAVE TO UNHOOK THE NEGATIVE ON MY BATTERY AND LEAVE IT OFF FOR 15 MINS AND HOOK IT BACK UP AND IT MAY TAKE THE TRANNY OUT OF LIMP MODE. I JUST HOPE I DONT HAVE TO BUY A NEW TRANNY BECAUSE I WILL BE PISSED AND THAT WOULD BE THE LAST TIME I BUY A DAMN USED CAR FROM A DEALER BECAUSE I SHOULDNT HAVE NO TRANNY PROBLEMS SPECIALLY ONLY HAVING THE CAR ONLY 3 MONTHS AND TO TOP IT OFF THE CAR IS BEING FINANCED. AND ANOTHER THING IS THAT I ONLY HAD A 90 DAY WARRANTY AND IT WASNT LIKE I WAS JUST BUYING THE CAR AS IS AND ANY PROBLEMS IT HAD I WAS AWARE OF THEM. I MEAN ITS A GOOD CAR AND RUNS GOOD BUT I SHOULDNT BE HAVING NO TRANNY PROBLEMS.
