A D V E R T I S E M E N T S

Intermittently two of restraint buckles in rear restraints will not latch properly, leaving occupants unrestrained. A recall has been issued on vehicle's make and model. However, this vehicle is not included in recall due to VIN. Dealer has been notified.

We were involved in an accident where a car ran a stop sign and we hit them broadside with the front of our Chevrolet Impala at about 30 miles an hour. Air bags did not deploy and the passenger side selt belt came unlatched.

Police vehicle: In pursuit of another vehicle at 40mph. Both driver& passenger was properly belted. Crossed railroad tracks which were raised, dugged up & paved over. Driver lost control & went into a ditch, front end first. Vehicle proceeded to roll end to end first & then corner to corner three (3) times. Passenger in the front was ejected through door which had came open. Seat belt buckle mechanism had released the belt. Driver remained belted in vehicle. Passenger sustained a torn ankle/ left knee/sprained shoulder & superficial cuts & bruises. Driver sustained superficial cuts & bruises.
