Brakes inoperative at highway speeds in the rain because there are no backing plates. Potential for an accident when it rains. Fine at low speed, but no braking over 50 mph. Also note-- province of "Ontario" & postal code "L3M 1P8" in Canada. It has been a dry summer and I see a potential problem when winter (and slush) arrives.
