(reported on)Impala
there are specks of metal (welding flash) embedded in the front passenger window and the rear passenger window. these specks were not noticable until they began to rust leaving black dots in a spray pattern. there is no damage to any of the paint on the doors or any of the plastic moulding or any of the rubber seals on the doors. the dealership agrees with me that the damage was done while the car was being built but was overridden by the district service manager on a solution to fix it. He says call my insurance company since its out of warranty (30 days on glass)
