So I'm at work about to leave for lunch. Get to the car and nothing. Damn car wouldn't make a sound. So I call the dealership to first see if there is a recall on my car. This is the 3rd time I had to get a jump. And the battery cable has corrosion on it. Now mind you I've only had this car 3 years with no issues. And I've had the battery tested twice and they can't find anything wrong with it or why the terminals are corroded. So I do a little research online only to find out that I'm not the only one having this issue. But still no recall. They send out road side assistance and the car cranks right up. Now I am I chevy baby. If its not a chevy don't park in my yard. But this is making me want to not even deal with them. Especially since they cant get it in for service for an entire week. Went to work on 3/16/17 at 1830 hours and got off that morning at 0630 hours started my car from the locker room with the onstar app as I always do when getting ready to leave. Got outside and saw my car was not running, so I pressed the remote, and nothing happened. I then walked up to the vehicle to try to enter it with the push button, still nothing happened. 26 degrees and I am outside embarrassed that my fairly new car will not function correctly. I call onstar and they open the locks, I then attempt to start the car and nothing happens. I then receive a message on my dash panel telling me the car will not start and to place my key fob into the key fob locator in the arm console (to which I never knew I had until that day). I place it in there and the car cranks after I pushed the ignition start button. i drive home and turn the car off and try to restart it,,,,,guess what...right,,,NOTHING HAPPENS go figure. I have to call onstar again and ask them to lock my car door because I could not do anything again. They schedule me a GM roadside assistance and she comes out, jumps the battery and it starts. I let it run for about 25 minutes and then I go to my appt. The next day I take it Bill Black Chevrolet and they tell me all is working properly. I am confused about what is going on with my new car.

I pulled up into my garage and the car would not crank back up. I called someone to look at it 12 am and he found 2 codes one was P0606 and the other one was P2101 and I am trying to figure out why, when the car has low mileage and does not get driven that much. I am planning a 16 hour trip in December and if I cannot trust my car to get on the highway then I don't want it. I am not a mechanic and I don't want to be walking. This is my very first Chevrolet and I am not impressed with the issues and recalls. I think I am going back to what I know and love "Toyota".
