I bought a 2015 Chevy Impala Pre-Certified, just made my first payment that day. I was leaving my daughter's house and I got about 100 ft and my steering wheel locked on me, I could not turn the wheel at all. So I was stuck in the middle of the road, so I the Service Dept and then my husband. My husband came out and the steering was still locked on the car, finally, it unlocked so he drove it up to the Service Dept. They kept it a few days then called for us to come pick it up, they stated that it was a ground wire and they fixed it and it was good to go.
When we bought the call we were told that the previous owner had Steering problem but they changed the Power Steering Pump and they just thought that he wanted out of the payment or lease. I am beginning to think there is more to that story.
