Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Fogging of headlights on mine and most of Chevy Malibu cars. GM knows of problem but refuses to answer any questions on what to do about it. It has to be a safety hazard due to loss of light output and premature lamp burnout.

Driver rented car from enterprise rental. Driver was going about 45 mph around a curve when the driver decided to adjust the tilt steering. When the driver tilted the wheel up, the headlights went out and the driver could not see anything. After stopping the vehicle, the driver tilted the wheel back down and the lights came back on.
