You know it's illegal to drive after dark without proper lighting... Yet when I went to the parts house to get what I thought was a fairly easy and inexpensive replacement part to fix a relatively minor (or so I thought) problem, and got it home to install it, I was flabberghasted to find that the new bulb did not solve the problem. THEN, I realized that the Automatic Door locks and lights weren't working as they should either (no honk when locking and no flash of lights when locking automatically either), I decided to look at all the fuses. Well, they are all good. Or so they LOOK good. I have yet to pull them all out and meter test them.
On a somewhat related note, I had to replace the battery already as well, and the key gets VERY hot while under normal driving conditions. I fear that I have discovered the tip of an iceberg where electrical problems are concerned.
Do I have a case of BAD LUCK or WHAT!?!?!
