Vehicle does not stop when on wet or gravel type pavement. Vehicle is equipped with ABS brakes. Vehicle also pulls to the right while braking. Had rotors replaced. Problem continues.

Experiences excessive wear of pads, replaced 3 times, as result of pads rubbing against rotors, turned and replaced rotors. Front brakes do 99% of braking, pads needed to be replaced every 13,000 miles, rear drums have never been replaced, problem persists.
