This truck is getting old, and it has never been in the shop for anything serious or out of the ordinary.
During a bad snowstorm, when we needed it the most, the automatic transfer case wouldn't respond. "Service 4WD" showed up briefly in the service screen and after that the transfer case is unresponsive and the truck is stuck in 2WD.
