- the contact had the parking brake assembly replaced on vehicle with 117000 miles. Then, found out that there was a recall on the same model and year for the parking brake, but the dealer would not honor the recall because VIN was not included. The contact has the repair order for the work done, as well as the parts. Also, the dealer told the contact that the parking brake was damaging the rotors.
