While driving at a moderate speed, the consumer noticed that the steering was performing erratically. The consumer drove the vehicle to the dealership. The dealership identified the problem as the steering shaft/box. There were no parts at that time. It has been seven weeks and parts still weren't available. The consumer called the manufacturer, and they didn't know when parts would be available. The front end felt loose. The consumer requested a refund.
