Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

The code 95 comes on when both front seats are occupied. We went to dealership and they gave us an off the wall answer about using a jelly to put on the air bag connection to fix the issue but didn't do it.we have since took it back and now they want us to pay for a new air bag system because it is faulty. The vehicle has had no accidents or air bag problems before.this is a very big safety issue that is Chevy's problem not mine.according to blogs other Sparks and Cruze have same issue.

Air bag light lit, code 95 (airbag malfunction) light lit and service engine soon light lit on vehicle. Have taken vehicle back to dealership 5 times in the past 40 days and problem is still apparent. Chevrolet engineering has been involved for past 10 days and they are also unable to repair problem. Chevrolet cannot say if airbag system will work in the event of a crash.
