This is the second time in this truck's life that the crank sensor's been replaced-first was under warranty and this time cost $286. The motor would die randomly (usually at low speed, like in traffic) and leave the driver with no steering or brakes until restarted which took lengthy cranking. Why does this vehicle keep needing these sensors replaced?
