The fuel pump went out but would work when it wanted to,so i paid a Chevy dealer for a diagnostic that cost me over $300.00 then bought one at NAPA auto parts and it was cool for a month or two. Then it started cutting off when coming to a stop a figured out that the idle air control solenoid is bad now & that's why it wouldn't pass smog & why i've been using so much gas
