The fuel pump failed on a trip and in Georgia - dealership was extremely nice!!! nice feature the vehicle would stop but after a few minutes would run again for a short while then stop - we were able to get it to a dealership without towing.

FUEL PUMP FAILED WHILE TRAVELING ON VACATION. I WAS TOLD BY NUMEROUS PEOPLE THAT THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM BY GENERAL MOTORS BUT THEY DON'T WISH TO RECALL BECAUSE OF COST FACTOR. I THINK IT IS ABOUT TIME TO SWITCH ALLEGIANCE TO OTHER MANUFACTURER. MAYBE EVEN THE JAPANESE...
