Reduced engine speed showed up on instrument panel, engine speed up and then died, doors unlocked and locked, transmission never disengaged locking up both back wheels resulting in loss of control and slid into a solid cement wall for a culvert pipe going under the highway. I then fell 2 stories, came to a stop with a broken arm, and then the airbag deployed. Couldn't get to my phone to all 911 hit the OnStar help button got the message "were sorry you don't have a subscription we can't help you goodbye." Engine came threw the hood, sheered 6 transmission bolts in the process, whole driver side of vehicle was destroyed, front windshield was destroyed, rear glass came through the cab during the accident and then the airbag deployed leaving glass embedded in arm face and chest. Near freezing water came into the vehicle after the accident requiring police to pull me out of the vehicle before the ambulance arrived. A 4 hour emergency surgery was required to save my left arm...
Will never buy another GM product or accept another as a gift. Suggest no one buy another GM product for any reason until GM decides to make quality products and back their vehicles.
