We've put 21,000 miles on these tires in 3 years and have tire rumbles, vibration while driving and side wall is cracking and flaking away. Brought to the dealer where we got the tires from and they have no idea what's causing it. Seems to me that several people are having this issue. There needs to be a recall for these tires before someone gets hurt while driving.

While driving, my left front wheel suddenly began making a grinding noise. This continued to happen over a span of about 1 week before I sought a mechanic for repair. The day before my vehicle was scheduled for repair, the accident occurred. As I drove to work one morning on the local highway, the vehicle began to jerk to the left. I slowly drove, with emergency lights on, to the closest exit and suddenly my vehicle jerked to the left causing me to crash into the grassy area of the exit. My left front wheel was almost off the vehicle and it had to be towed for repair.

The contact owns a 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe. When the fuel tank was filled up, the tank exploded and splashed fuel all over the contact. The contact's vehicle also vibrated while driving at any speed and the ABS warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic (dns auto repair, sebastian, fl) where several failure codes were diagnosed. The vehicle was taken to another independent mechanic (tire kingdom, sebastian, Florida) where it was diagnosed that the tires needed to be replaced. The tires were replaced. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failures. The failure mileage was approximately 123,250.

"takata recall" about a month ago my truck (ABS) started active itself and when driving it will act as if it's about to stop on its own and jerked to the left. Then shortly after it start making a loud noise then the noise gotten louder where others can hear it not only me. I had one of the wheels hub replace and it stop for a day and continue and now it's to the point where it's beginning to shake while driving, and ride different. I have three kids who I have to worry about.

The contact owned a 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe. While driving approximately 50 mph, the rear driver side wheel became detached from the vehicle and caused the contact to lose control of the vehicle. The contact crashed into a wooden pole, which crashed through the front window. The vehicle flipped over three times and landed upside down. The air bags failed to deploy. A police report was filed. The contact sustained broken bones and injuries that required medical attention. The vehicle was towed to the towing company. The vehicle was destroyed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 131,000.

ABS and tc light came on. Checked at shop and was told the speed sensor was bad, brakes were fine, but no ABS. Traveling down highway, and vehicle started making a lot of noise (metal on metal, etc). Had car towed, and the hub was bad. Was told we were lucky the wheel did not come off. Had to replace hub assembly and brake pads.

Drove 2 miles to store nearby. Parked vehicle went inside store. When leaving I was told I could not use this exit because of vehicle fire. Fire investigator told me front left wheel bearing overheated causing bearing grease to act as accelerant causing total vehicle fire. Vehicle completely engulfed within one and one half minutes. Vehicle total loss.
