Shortly after the warning light illuminated the contact noticed that the vehicle would jerk forward at various speeds. The contact took his vehicle to an independent mechanic where the mechanic stated they could not duplicate the failure. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 52,000.
