The brake lights went out while driving. The consumer was notified of the problem by a passing motorist. The vehicle was taken to a dealership, who without inspecting the vehicle indicated that the brake light went out because of a defect in the circuit breaker board and that there was a tsb on this issue. The dealership replaced the circuit breaker board. The consumer experienced a flat tire and had a difficult time trying to remove the spare tire.
