Trailblazer LS 3.6L V6

Keeps blowing fuses, had auto electric shop check it, they had it whole day and couldn't find problem. Only 10 minutes from shop and it started blowing fuses again. No AC in Arizona makes car useless.

Trailblazer LT 4.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 65,000 miles

a/c stopped working. had dye injected. mechanic said the line to the rear of the vehicle was cracked. the part costs $550.00. the gas tank has to be removed and the job is a pain in the ass. Labor is over $400.00. this vehicle only has 70,000 miles on it and ive replaced a window regulator at 45,000, both motor mounts at 65,000, both front wheel bearings, and both front tie rods which are $100 each. this vehicle drives and rides very nice but it constantly needs repaired. i also suggest using GM parts or equivalent. the motor mounts were replaced twice because of cheap parts. the engine was vibrating worse when the aftermarket garbage was installed.

The a/c started to blow only warm air (very uncomfortable on at times 90-95 degree temp outside) noticed on about april-may 2008. Took it for check up at CHEVROLET dealer in Turnesville , they put a dye in it to see if any leakages and added freezon,. I got charged for 300.00 dollars, work good for about 1 month. I took it to another Chv dealer in Cherryhill in August 2010, they charge me 250.00 dollars, for adding more freezon and a dye to check for leakage, they replaced a line that was cracked according to them. But problem still persist. I called for free follow up but they did not returned my phone call. Now winter is here and can't be checked since outside temp is cold and hard to know. I do have a year warranty from labor done so I will wait for this summer before year is over to have it check again. I think Chevrolet Co. should recall vehicules with same problem and have this problem fixed for free..since I have discovered that this problems had occured on 2003 Trailblazers as well. Any Suggestions??
