The integrated child seat harness did not latch securely. A 2 year old child is able to pull apart the latch and climb out of the seat while the vehicle was in motion. The integrated child safety seat is in the rear passenger outboard position.
While traveling 30-40mph vehicle was involved in a crash. Built in child safety seats chest clip opened upon impact. Had contacted manufacturer of child seat and dealership. Child suffered injuires.
