Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

Was hearing a slight squeal in the front of the van, was on the interstate, was doing about 70 mph and it got louder and started shaking a little, slowed to 40 mph and it was shaking so bad it pulled me off the road.....when it was getting ready to be pulled on the tow truck the tire fell off.....when checked 4 wheel studs had snapped and the nuts were backed off a little on them. Had to have rotors, and brakes replaced due to the damage. Please keep a check often that the nuts are secure on your vehicle not sure if tthe defect was due to the rims, studs or nuts. Dealer did not say.
