The contact owns a 2011 Chrysler 200 convertible. The contact stated that the head lights were too dim which prevented her from seeing objects in front of her while driving at night. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who decided to adjust the lights. The contact mentioned that the remedy failed to repair the problem. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure who did not offer any assistance since they were unable to alter the vehicles design. The failure mileage was 800....updated 10/10/12 updated 10/16/2012

The contact owns a 2011 Chrysler 200. The contact stated that whenever the headlights were activated, the low beam headlights would only illuminate 20 feet ahead of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the contact was informed that the headlights were working as designed. The current and the failure mileages were 200. Updated 04/10/12

2011 Chrysler 200 limited convertible. Consumer writes in regards to headlamp safety issue the consumer stated she took the vehicle to the dealer to have the headlamps adjusted. The consumer stated she could not see ahead while driving at night. The dealer was unable to find a way to adjust them. Chrysler informed the consumer, there was no adjustment for lamps for the vertical position. It was explained to the consumer that halogen projector headlamps shined differently than the reflective headlamps.
