a knocking sound in the dashboard when the heater is on
My 2006 Chrysler 300 is making a knocking noise when the heater is on. I took my car to the dealership and they advised me that they are aware of this problem and that it would take two days to repair. I called customer service regarding a loaner car. I was advised that Chrysler does not offer loaner cars and that I would need to rent a car. I find this to be an inconvenience. In conversation with co-workers there are other dealerships like Lexus, Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and many others that provide their customers with loaner cars. Therefore I will be out the money for the rental car , two days of work and the cost for repairs.
My next car will not be a Chrysler. You have just lost a great customer.
