The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that after refueling to capacity, the vehicle stalled after driving for one mile because the fuel flooded the engine. The vehicle restarted after several attempts. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer, who stated that the fuel tank needed to be replaced. The fuel tank was replaced. The contact expressed serious concern over a potential crash. The failure mileage was 41,000.
