Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

Takata recall original complaint # 10897887 aty general complaint # [xxx] dear [xxx]: thank you for contacting the Ohio attorney general's office. We have been corresponding with Chrysler regarding your complaint. A copy of their response is enclosed. According to their letter, unfortunately, the business has not agreed to resolve your complaint. Our informal dispute resolution process is voluntary and involves compromise by both sides. Please feel free to contact us in the future should you have any other concerns. Very respectfully yours, [xxx] attorney general of Ohio [xxx] they offered to pay for a rental car for six months. The car is my son's. he is 19. He can?T drive a rental car at his age. Had they offered the money they were willing to spend on a rental car, I could have bought him a used car and sold the Chrysler for the amount owed. This has been a waste of time and your powerless. My radio has a hole in it. There was a pop noise and then everything leaked out the car was only just started, not over heating I stopped to talk to a neighbor when we heard the pop noise and a piece of plastic was sticking out of the fan area I later learned it was from my fan assembly. How does this happen to a car with less then 56,000. Miles that goes to dealers for service, this car is a lemon. They had to rebuild transmission at 27,000. Miles, brakes and rotors last year four new tires, and that dealer said I was going to need front end work, I have been to three different dealers and don't feel I can trust any of them. They seem to find things to do even if not needed. I don't think my transmission was leaking when they said it was either I would have seen it on the ground as it sits in my driveway but I do think it would have been leaking when I left there, as there not going to chance me bringing it somewhere else. This car is a lemon and I should get a full refund. With all recalls needed new tires and rotors brakes etc, last year and they said something about front end work will be needed. Service depts, are not trust worthy when I took it for an oil change six months later it had no oil how is that happen. Do then not fill it up so do I have to take it to be checked after an oil change at lester glen Chrysler not to speak of the recalls on this car. Updated 10/04/16

Since the first occurrence, this has happened many, many times.. the engine will not turn over either with the key fob in the ignition or remotely. At times I have had to keep attempting to start the car for as long as 20 minutes before it finally turns over. You can hear something that sounds like electrical relays in the rear of the car, but the engine doesn't seem to engage. Other issues: On one occasion, the car stalled while at a stop light. On several other occasions, while sitting at a stop light, it seems the rear axle is making a "clunking" sound and it feels as though the transmission is downshifting without any input from the driver. I bought this vehicle used a couple of years ago.

This car is a lemon! I see other people's issues and I cannot believe this car hasn't been totally recalled and overhauled! every month since I got it ( my first used car!).. it was at rental company for 1 1/2 years then I was the sucker that bought it! the tie rods go once a year and mechanics 'all talk who Chrysler made them bad I guess" then the Goodyear intregrity's hydroplane....the suspension sounds like beverly hillbillies...I was told that the noises I hear are not the shocks I had replaced but are now the actual front arm controls of my car that are rotting away...another thing is the engine "kicks in hard" when going into 2nd shift (automatic)..the horn is hard to press..the front tires rub, you can hear then when turning even though I am up to date on rotors and pads...let's see what else oh yes just paid $400 because the car started to overheat so when I was there getting that fixed I told them how my car has always had condensation on it in the winter..I can chisel off the ice particles on the inside! they said I needed a whole new housing of some sorts fixed so they did that..hum what else? oh now the engine light is on and the car is chugging and jerking like I'm in a farmer's tractor! it's 10/2013 and I have 2 more years to go to pay...I have no more $$$ thanks Chrysler..god bless America...2 more to pay on this..I should have stuck with Honda or go Toyota!

I received a letter back from the manufacture listing this car as a Dodge magnum, although car is a Chrysler 300, it is at Chrysler Jeep Eagle in West palm beach fla [xxx] is in the service department, I have been waiting over a week only to be stalled, and also the car was purchased new, at the time I purchased the car the sales man gave me a service book for a Dodge charger and told me its the same thing, why come Chrysler is having such a hard time with the VIN on the vehicle. This is the 2nd trip they made and then told me they was looking for the wrong car. The letter I received stated I told them I purchased the car used not so supposedly this car was new when I bought it. And has already had a slow start up and idle. Shortly after starting car, and within a couple of miles, the throttle occasionally stops responding for about 30 seconds and the car will only idle. I have taken to the dealer 4 times, and there are no codes, and occurrence is intermittent and dealer cannot get it to happen. So Chrysler will not do anything about it. This has happened 5 times. The last time it happened when stopped at a light, and could only idle for about 80-100 feet while semi-truck was coming up behind me.
