This is a UConnect navigation system. After one month of use the AM section of the radio started making a pop or cracking noise when signal was slightly weak. Dealer of course can't find anything wrong even when presented with a audio recording where the noise is very clear. Chrysler says they need to diagnose or get an error code to do anything for me. A circuit failure in an AM radio will not produce a error code! The dealer would need to drive the car to reproduce the noise. The pop or cracking noise is very annoying as it can continue for several minutes and then go away.
