Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

I had just brought my daughter to her dads house and i pulled out to the stop sign and tried to take off and the car would not go. i got out and looked around and seen that one tire was straight and one turned out. i was very mad cause two months prior to this i just spent over 1500 just on front end work. If i was driving on the highway or this broke just a few moment before, my daughter would of been in car & it could of killed us. now when i turn i get a clunk noise in the tires area where the tierod end completely broke off. i am a single mother of 3 and working full time and i just cant afford to keep fixing this p.o.s car. nor can i afford a new one. the only cars i ever bought were chryslers and i dont think i would buy another.

i HAVE OWNED 3 CHRYSLER AND ALL 3 HAVE HAD FRONT END PROBLEMS (MAJOR). I GENERALLY LOVE CHRYSLER BUT I WILL NEVER BUT ANOTHER ONE AGAIN. THEY PUT THE SAFETY OF MY FAMILY AT HIGH RISK. THE PROBLEMS HAVE ALL BEEN THE SEEM TIERODS BREAKING, FRONT ENDS NEEDED TOTAL REPALECMENT. MY 1ST CHRSLER WAS A CONCORD LHS LOVED IT IT DROVE AMAZING AT 1ST, THEN STARTED HAVING SHAKING, THEN FRONT AXLE AND TIEROD BROKE AND THREW MY HUSBAND INTO A BRIDGE, 2ND WAS JUST STANDARD CONCORD SAME PROBLEMS TOOK TO GET ALIGNMENT WAS TOLD THE WHOLE FRONT END HAD TO BE REPLACED EVERY BUSHING, AXLE TIERODS EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETELY SHOT. 3RD ONE WAS A 300M STARTED SHAKING THOUGHT IT WAS A FLAT TIRE THEN HEARD A NOISE SOUNDED LIKE WE JUST RAN OVER SOMETHING ON THE ROAD. GOT HOME CHECKED THE CAR OUT EVERYTHING LOOKED FINE, THEN LEFT TO TAKE MY FAMILY TO THE RODEO PULLED INTO THE PARKING LOT AND THE CAR WOULDNT STEER ON THE GRAVEL GOT OUT AND THE TIEROD WAS BROKE. THANKFULLY WE WERE AT A VERY SLOW RATE OF SPEED AND IN A GRAVEL PARKING LOT, IF WE WERENT MY FAMILY COULD HAVE DIED IF IT HAD HAPPENED ON THE HIGHWAY OR INTERSTATE.
