Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. 2001 Chrysler 300M suffered from seat recliner bolt breakage in December 2008 after 03V035000 campaign was supposedly completed by dealer in 2003. Paid to have repaired again as dealer said it had been fixed.

The consumer received a recall notice. The consumer called the dealer and was told to come in on the 28th. Upon arriving and waiting for over an hour, the consumer was told to call back in two weeks to check on parts. The recall was fixed on 5/15/03
