Upon starting up - only when it's cold!! - takes few seconds to go into "r" - then while driving, won't get out of 1st gear. I stop, shut it off for about 5 minutes, start it up again, and it's fine. Now the repair place is saying "TRANSMISSION REPAIR"??? Ah, I say it's weather related, didn't do it all summer, now it's cold, it's doin' it again - HELP!
