While driving on the highway the other day, my rear back panel window went flying out and struck the front of another car, dented the hood and destroyed the grill of that car, had to stop on the highway to give insurance information. What a mess, I could not stop immediately, so could not find the part as it went flying off into the side of the highway. My insurance company and the glass repair company had never heard of this happening before.

while driving interstate hwy the driver's side back quarter window fell to the pavement. Couldn't retrieve it because 1. I didn't know it had fallen out immediately 2. it would have been smashed to bits by traffic. Neither the dealer nor the company will admit responsibility for this defect. The company wants the window returned to show prove the window failed and they are at fault!
