Blown head gasket after only around 54,000 miles - mechanic said that the car shouldn't suffer from such problems at such a young age. Chrysler corporation notified but refused to help saying the car is out of warranty. In addition, the car suffers from significant engine noise when idling and the air conditioner just went out. While I understand that the car is out of warranty, I am very disapointed in the quality of Chrysler's product and the company's unwillingness to stand by their automobiles.

Car won't run or idle at low speed or at a stop in gear. Replaced cap, rotor, plugs, no change. Dealer troubleshot for seven hours and replaced the ais motor and cleaned heavy carbon out of the intake. Dealer told us to drive the car around to allow the cleaner to remove the carbon in the intake. Extremely dangerous task. The car's performance has not improved. Dealer suggests replacement of the PCV valve. Remedy seems suspect.

Doing hwy speed (60-65mph) when vehicle suddenly died out. Let vehicle sit for a while & would be able to restart. Took to dealer & could find nothing wrong. Dealer at first dealer stated that the fuel pressure was low possibly due to a faulty fuel pump, however later dealer stated that dirt and water in gas caused problem, another dealer stated that it was impossible to be able to even drive 200 miles on a contaminated tank of gas, however current dealer insisted this was the problem and that consumer would have to pay for repairs, dealer removed fuel tank, installed new fuel pump, replaced fuel filter, and reinstalled new tank.
