First off, I would never buy this car again. I have had so many problems with it. The driver's side door had a small hinge mechanism under the main hinge that prevents the door from flying open. It has a small plastic outer cover. The outer cover cracked and it is now in two pieces. Since the mechanism is spring loaded, it snaps back when the door opens and makes a very loud pop sound. It doesn't effect the door opening and closing, however, it is EXTREMELY annoying. I had a regular mechanic look at it and he said it was something a dealer would have to fix. GUESS WHAT, not covered under warranty. GO figure. I have come to the conclusion that Chrysler warranty and the extended warranties are completely useless. I haven't had it fixed it yet, but the dealer said it is about $150 to fix. I know it is a common problem because i heard another Chrysler "pop" in at the supermarket.
