Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

When weather is hot vehicle starts making a creaking noise. Also, it sounds as though noise is in structure of vehicle. Consumer states sound has been present in vehicle since day one, dealer has replaced the front and rear sway bar link, both bushings, left ball joint, steering gear, differential/transaxle, and now dealer feels the problem is with the exhaust pipe, while driving consumer would make frequent stop and go motions which would make the noise even worse, consumer thinks the problem seemed to be expanding steel when vehicle was hot, dealer listened to the noise through headphones and stated the noise was not coming from the suspension, since dealer can not fix problem, consumer has decided to go through arbitration. When air conditioner is on a loud humming noise can be heard through the vents.
