While the odometer reads 100,000 miles, the engine was replaced in this vehicle approximately 50,000 miles ago. At any rate, the instrument panel started flashing and all the gauges were going nuts (making it tough to know how fast I was going). I dropped the vehicle off at a dealership on Friday and they asked to keep it over the weekend so they could continue running tests. On Friday they told me the narrowed it down to one of two things (one being very expensive). Right now I'm waiting to hear if it's the instrument cluster or the overall electrical system for the vehicle (costing approximately $1,000). I am totally frustrated as I feel like I've had to fairly major issues with this vehicle.

The radio blinks on and off. The oddest thing - when setting the Base control of the equalizer to below mid-point the entire radio goes off and looses power. The time resets to 12:00.
