Almost every Chrysler has this problem of a stinking air conditioner. My old Dakota got leaves and junk in it and that caused the A/C to corrode and leak. This Sebring leaked into the car, where water got under the carpet and the padding was rotting and the car smelled like a dead rat. We kept thinking it was something the kids had spilled or something in the trunk. Then I ripped out the carpet on the passenger side and found the problem. There should be NO WAY for the condensation from the A/C to get inside the car if it is designed and manufactured properly. This is just more crap from lazy bastards on the assembly lines and cheap ass accountants making decisions about engineering.
