I purchased a 2008 Chrysler Sebring Touring Convertible. The first time I took it out in the rain when I exited the car I got soaked....water runs right down into the vehicle and on to the seat on both sides of the car. I went back to the dealer and was told there wasn't anything they could do about it and said they would contact Chrysler, a week later I received a call and was told Chrysler has no way of correcting the problem. I specifically asked about this problem before purchasing the car because a few years ago I owned a Chrysler Concorde 4 dr Sedan and had the same problem. I was told it "would definitely not happen with this car"..well it has and after paying $30,000 for this vehicle I am not very happy. It is still a beautiful car if it doesn't rain! I have contacted Chrysler with this complaint but have received only "We're Sorry".
