1999 Chrysler T&C with 80,000 miles. Tie rod loose $200, alternator tension rusted $200, strut covers rusting $900. These and the general poor quality rating of this vehicle has cost me thousands in trade-in value and placed my family in jeopardy.

Car still will not start after several replacements of batteries. Then starter and alternator. Spoke to Mr. Owens of greenbrier about a extend warranty on my van respond I'll have to get back to you. By the way your van is ready for pick up. I left several voice messenger in response to my warranty that me and Mr. Owen spoke about, with no response. I still haven't pick up my van at this time. 16 January 2001 I make one more call to Mr. Owen and get his voice message again, I leave a message. He gets back to me on 17 January 2001 tell me that I have a extend warranty for 50,000 miles and my question to Mr. Owen does this include my 36,000 warranty, response is yes. Your van it ready for pick up. No it is not ready for pick up I receive a call fom Mr. Kramer this morning tell me to pick up my van and less than two hours later Mr. Kramer tells me that don't pick up the van because it will not start and we are working on it. Mr. Owen response is I'll get back to you. A hour later Mr. Owen call back to tell me that a expert /help desk person is working with greenbrier to resolve the problem. But I'm still without my van which I need to get back and forth to work in and other activities of my three children. Some "southern hospitality program" has failed me. I'm with out a van still. Seven tries to repair a van I think is enough. Chrysler still has not call me to accomdated my no vehicle. Greenbrier Chrysler service managers favorite line is me patient. Please help me with this situation.( dot number: )
