Electrical system went haywire, alarms going off, replaced components, and when finished the relay

between high beams and low beams was not working. I have high beams but no low beams, door locks won't

work, other electrical systems not working, oil light keeps coming on and seat belt alarms go off every

time the car stops for lights or slows down. Have had it to four places and no one knows how to fix it. I have driven mini vans for 35 years this is my fourth one and have called Chrysler with no help at all.

Is there an electrical recall for this, please help the seat belt alarm is driving me absolutely crazy.
