Chrysler said the transmission needed to be overhauled in Feb of 2012. This problem has been going on since I purchased this vehicle in 2005. It would seem to me that if it needed to be overhauled form purchase the factory warranty that was in effect at the time they would fixed it when took it in at that time or it would have failed by now. When you start from a stop it will act like a manual transmission you let the clutch to quickly and the car shudders.

Been in shop 4 times for transmission problems. Never been fixed. They keep it a day or two and say it is okay now and right away it does it again. Shift is never smooth. Up-dated the TCM and afterwards the transmission started up-shifting. Replaced valve body and it still shifts rough. Also replaced torque converter.
