The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler Town and country. The contact stated that they are unable to put air in or let air out of all four tires. The manufacturer stated that the stems connected to the tire pressure sensor were made of aluminum and that they corrode quickly. The tire stems were not covered under the warranty. The contact was told that regular tire stems could not be placed on the vehicle because the tire pressure light would remain illuminated since the system could not detect it. The failure mileage was 49,500. The current mileage was 52,000. Updated 02/09/11 updated 02/28/11
